3.2 GyanSetu tutor ke teaching quality, behavior, ya results ki guarantee nahi deta beyond the initial verification.

3.3 GyanSetu apni service ko modify, suspend ya terminate karne ka adhikar rakhta hai bina prior notice ke.

3.4 GyanSetu kisi bhi indirect, consequential ya incidental loss ke liye liable nahi hai.

4. Payment Process & Service Charge

4.1 Payment Process: Demo confirm hone ke baad tutor poora pehla mahina padhata hai. Month khatam hone par parent poori fees GyanSetu ko deta hai. GyanSetu 70% apna service charge rakhne ke baad tutor ko uski full agreed salary deta hai. Doosre mahine se parent seedha tutor ko 100% fees deta hai.

4.2 Saari payments UPI/PhonePe/GPay/Bank transfer se hoti hain — koi cash nahi. Transaction record maintained rehta hai.

4.3 GyanSetu Service Charge: GyanSetu pehle mahine ki tuition fee ka 70% Service Charge ke roop mein apne paas rakhta hai. Tutor ko pehle mahine ki fee ka 30% GyanSetu dwara diya jayega. Yeh Service Charge non-refundable hai — mediation, verification aur placement service ke liye liya jaata hai. Doosre mahine se 100% tutor ka.

4.4 If a tutor leaves in the middle of a month, they will not receive any payment for that month. Payment is only processed upon completion of the full month.

4.5 3 Days' Notice is mandatory: A tutor must inform GyanSetu at least 3 days before leaving. Leaving without providing this notice will result in immediate registration cancellation with no refund.

4.6 GyanSetu fee collection mein delay ya default ke liye tutor/parent jimmedar hai — GyanSetu nahi.

5. Tuition Demo Performance Par Depend Karta Hai

5.1 Registration does not guarantee tuition allocation — it depends entirely on demo performance and parent feedback.

5.2 Registration Validity: Registration is valid for 1 year or 5 successful tuitions — whichever comes first. After that, renewal will be required.

5.3 GyanSetu best match dhundne ki koshish karta hai lekin success ki guarantee nahi deta.

5.4 Demo mein failure par tutor doosri opportunity ke liye apply kar sakta hai.

6. Sahi Jaankari Dena Zaroori Hai

6.1 Tutor ka yeh poora zimma hai ki registration mein di gayi sabhi jaankari sach aur sahi ho — naam, qualification, documents, phone number sab.

6.2 Galat ya jhoothi jaankari provide karne par — registration turant cancel, fee nahi milegi, aur legal action ho sakta hai.

6.3 GyanSetu ko kabhi bhi documents reverify karne ka adhikar hai — verification ke liye Aadhar, marksheet, photo maangi ja sakti hai.

7. Misconduct, Fraud & Bypass — Sakht Karyawahi

7.1 Bypass attempt — kisi bhi GyanSetu-assigned Parent/Student se direct deal karna — strictly prohibited hai.

7.2 Agar parent direct deal ka offer kare, tutor turant GyanSetu ko inform karega — nahi kiya to yeh violation maana jayega.

7.3 GyanSetu ki fee structure, commission ya process ke baare mein Parent ko koi jaankari dena prohibited hai.

7.4 In case fraud, misuse, or bypass is confirmed:

→ Registration permanently cancelled — no refund

→ Legal action as per applicable Indian laws

→ Tutor's name blacklisted — no re-registration

🔴 Any attempt to bypass GyanSetu — directly dealing with an assigned parent/student — will result in immediate account termination and legal action as per applicable laws.

8. Aachaar Sanhita (Code of Conduct)

8.1 Sabhi tutors professional aur samnajanak behavior maintain karenge — students aur parents ke saath.

8.2 Kisi bhi prakar ki physical ya mental punishment, harassment, ya inappropriate behavior students/parents ke saath strictly banned hai.

8.3 Aisi koi bhi ghatna ke liye tutor akela zimmedar hoga — GyanSetu ki koi liability nahi hogi.

8.4 Social media par GyanSetu, student ya parent ke baare mein koi negative/defamatory content post karna prohibited hai.

9.4 User agree karta hai ki GyanSetu phone, WhatsApp ya SMS se service-related communication kar sakta hai.
